Ruler:  use the ruler to place text and picture boxes accurately.

Text box:  this box adds text and record fields to your report.

Picture box:  this box adds graphics to your report.

Footer:  this section appears at the bottom of every page.  Drag this bar up or down to change the height of the footer.

Body:  each record will be printed in its own body section.  Drag this bar up or down to change the height of the body.

Header:  this section appears at the top of every page.  Drag this bar up or down to change the height of the header.

Text Edit tool:  use this tool to edit text in boxes you create with the Text Box tool.

Picture Box tool:  create picture boxes by dragging in the Header, Body or Footer sections.

Text Box tool:  create text boxes by dragging in the Header, Body or Footer sections.

Arrow tool:  use this tool to move, resize, select or delete boxes you create with the Text Box or Picture Box tools.

Scroll bar:  use this control to scroll the display.

Grow box:  drag this box to resize the window.
